ROLLCO A/S ACQUIRES ALTITECH A/S

Rollco A/S in Denmark has signed an agreement with Altitech A/S to acquire the business. The agreement takes effect 1 June 2017.

Altitech A/S specialises in customised machine racks and automation solutions for production processes. The company was founded in 1994 and has today a wide cooperation with machine builders and industrial companies in Denmark.

The acquisition is in line with Rollco´s mission to engage in each partner's challenges and help them to be more profitable and competitive. By combining the expertise and knowledge within Rollco and Altitech, we will become a stronger partner on the Danish market for both our customers and suppliers.
